Answer Once you have spoken with a Geeks Website Design consultant, you will receive an electronic copy of our Website Planner document. A simple planning tool designed to help you collate and organize the content appearing in your new website. If you are unsure of the correct package for your business or require some presales assistance, we would welcome the opportunity to meet with you and discuss the project. Once the website planner has been finalized and all of the accompanying artwork has been received, our graphics team will begin preparing a concept design for your website.
 
 
Question If I don't want to update my own website content, can you do it for me?
Answer Of course! We offer a range of maintenance plans designed to save you time and ensure that your website is constantly reflecting a fresh look with the most up to date content. For our $50 monthly hosting fee, it includes up to 6 updates per month at no extra charge.
 
 
Question Do I need to purchase a domain name?
Answer No, all you have to do is choose the right one and we will do the rest. Each of our website design packages includes a free domain name for 1 year. Afterwards, you will be billed the yearly fee to maintain the domain name. Currently, domain names are as little as $8 for a .com extension per year.
 
 
Question What if I already have a domain name?
Answer No problem! We'll gladly transfer your existing domain name to your new website with us free of charge.
 
Question How long will it take to build a Web site?
Answer Website development varies depending upon your specific needs. On average, it takes 24-48 hours to develop an overall design for your website. After you approve the design, it should take between another 24-48 to finish.
 
Question Can you provide graphics that are relevant to my business?
Answer Yes. Geeks Website Design can use a combination of stock photography and images/graphics that relate to your business or industry to help create a professional design for your website. We can also custom design graphics tailored to your specific needs.
 
Question What happens to my domain name and e-mail if I cancel my service?
Answer The Domain name is yours and you may choose to cancel it or move it to another hosting company. You will also have to transfer your email to another company if you cancel your service.
